I love images that spark concentrated facial expressions. People attempting to figure out what it is they're looking at is, in my opinion, a form of critical thinking. I hope these images draw viewers in and give them a different perspective.
I've always appreciated the simplistic beauty of grayscale, and so set the images in black and white. I believe that it allows the images to speak for themselves, and furthers their ambiguous nature.
This ongoing collection of abstract images was inspired by my study abroad trip to the UK. I hope you enjoy them!
